Service
Qazina helps savers compare time-deposit offers from financial institutions, request bank onboarding, create deposit references, and track proof/status after depositing directly with the selected institution.
No Custody
Qazina does not hold customer funds, receive deposits, move money, or operate as a bank. Deposits are made directly with the selected bank or microfinance institution outside Qazina.
Bank Terms
Rates, eligibility, account opening, identity checks, penalties, maturity, renewals, and final acceptance remain subject to the selected financial institution's policies. Qazina may show examples or estimates, but actual bank offers may differ.
Your Information
You are responsible for providing accurate phone, profile, Fayda, bank onboarding, and deposit information. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay bank review, proof verification, renewal, or support.
Proof And Tracking
Deposit references and proof tracking are used to help the selected institution review a deposit. They are not a guarantee that a bank has accepted, opened, renewed, or paid a deposit until the institution confirms it.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from Account Deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or financial-record obligations.
