Delete Your Qazina Account

Account and data deletion requests

You can request deletion of your Qazina account by emailing Qazina support from the phone number or email address connected to your account. Include your Qazina phone number so we can identify the account.

What happens next

We will verify the request, close the account where possible, and delete or de-identify personal information that is no longer needed to provide Qazina or meet legal, security, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or financial-record retention duties.

Some records connected to bank onboarding, deposit references, submitted proofs, disputes, audit logs, and selected financial institutions may need to be retained for a limited period. If retention is required, Qazina will restrict use of that data to compliance, security, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and fraud prevention.
