What Qazina Collects
Qazina collects information needed to create and manage a saver account, including phone number, legal name, app preferences, support messages, and account status. When you request a bank offer or bank onboarding, Qazina may collect Fayda FIN, region, preferred branch/contact details, selected bank, deposit amount, selected offer, deposit reference, submitted proof, and related status updates.
How Qazina Uses Information
Qazina uses this information to verify phone sign-in, prepare your saver profile, show deposit offers, request bank review, create deposit references, track proof/status, handle renewals or disputes, prevent fraud, protect the service, comply with recordkeeping duties, and respond to support requests.
Sharing
Qazina does not sell personal data. Qazina may share the information needed to process your chosen deposit journey with the selected regulated financial institution. Qazina also uses service providers such as Supabase, hosting providers, storage providers, and SMS providers to operate authentication, data storage, support, and security.
Fayda And Financial Information
Fayda FIN and deposit-related records are treated as sensitive information. Fayda details are requested only when needed for bank offer review or regulated institution onboarding, not during the first phone/profile setup.
Retention And Deletion
You can request account deletion from Account Deletion. Qazina will delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or financial-record purposes.
